Physical Products Only
This shipping policy applies only to physical products. Digital products (Technology Solutions, Software, APIs, etc.) are delivered instantly via WhatsApp after payment - no shipping required!

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Sunday - Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp immediately after purchase
- Processing Notification: You will be notified when your order begins processing
- Shipment Notification: You will receive tracking information once your order ships
Note: During peak seasons (Ramadan, National Day, sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 1-3 business days within the UAE.
Estimated Total Timeline:
- Dubai: 2-4 business days (1-3 processing + 1 delivery)
- Abu Dhabi: 2-5 business days (1-3 processing + 1-2 delivery)
- Sharjah, Ajman: 2-5 business days (1-3 processing + 1-2 delivery)
- RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 3-6 business days (1-3 processing + 2-3 delivery)
3. Shipping Costs
We offer transparent shipping rates for physical products across the UAE:
Orders under AED 30:
- Small Order Fee: AED 8.00
- Delivery Fee: AED 14.00
- VAT (5%): AED 1.10
- Total: AED 23.10
Orders AED 30 - 199:
- Delivery Fee: AED 19.00
- VAT (5%): AED 0.95
- Total: AED 19.95
Orders AED 200+:
- FREE Shipping (AED 0.00)

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable UAE shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Aramex
- Emirates Post
- Fetchr
- Other trusted local couriers
The specific carrier will be determined based on your location and product type. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via:
- WhatsApp message with direct tracking link
- Email with tracking number and carrier information
- SMS notification (if mobile number provided)
You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Address Accuracy
IMPORTANT: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Your shipping address should include:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete street address
- Building name/number and floor (if applicable)
- Landmark or nearby reference point
- Emirate and area
- Valid phone number for delivery contact
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Address - Re-Shipping Fees
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:
- You will be contacted to verify the correct address
- A re-shipping fee of AED 25 will be charged
- The package will be re-shipped once the fee is paid and correct address confirmed
- If not claimed within 7 days, the order may be cancelled and subject to our Refund Policy
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our shipping carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:
- The carrier will contact you via phone to arrange re-delivery
- Your package may be held at the nearest courier facility for pickup
- You have 7 days to collect or arrange re-delivery
- After 7 days, packages will be returned to us and subject to re-shipping fees
Please ensure your phone number is active and you're reachable during business hours.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments - 24 Hour Claim Window
All shipping claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
For Lost Packages:
- Wait 48 hours after expected delivery date before claiming
- Contact us with tracking number and order details
- We will investigate with the carrier
- Resolution: Replacement or refund within 7-10 business days
For Damaged Packages:
- Do not accept severely damaged packages from the courier
- If accepted, take photos/video immediately upon opening
- Submit claim within 24 hours with photo/video evidence

10. Carrier Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays or operational issues
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Incorrect/incomplete address information provided by customer
- Recipient unavailability during delivery attempts
- Government restrictions or public health emergencies
We will do our best to assist in resolving any carrier-related issues, but delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
11. PO Box and Business Addresses
We ship to both residential and business addresses:
- PO Box: Available for certain products (confirm with customer service)
- Business Addresses: Accepted, include company name and floor/office number
- Hotels: Include guest name and booking confirmation
12. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UAE. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

13. Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you have a limited window to make changes:
- Before Processing: Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order
- During Processing: Changes may not be possible once processing begins
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled

14. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages:
- Items from different warehouses may arrive separately
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
- Free shipping threshold applies to total order value, not individual packages
- All packages will be delivered within the stated timeframe
15. Signature and ID Verification
For security purposes:
- High-value orders (over AED 1,000) may require signature upon delivery
- Courier may request ID verification to confirm recipient
- If you're not available, a trusted family member/colleague can accept with valid ID
- Packages will not be left unattended without recipient confirmation
